Contract Benefits

  • Assures priority service attention seven days a week.

Plan Description

Service will be performed 2 times per year and will be scheduled by us at regular periodic intervals. We will at this time completely check the heating and/or air conditioning systems as listed on our inspection checklist. The plan covers labor for each spring & fall inspection. As a full service customer, you are also protected from any labor charges for emergency calls in between inspections. However, labor charges are not covered for problems with duct work and/or additional equipment. Additional parts and material are extra, at a ten percent (10%) discount.

Terms and Conditions

Full payment is due when the Purchaser signs this Maintenance Agreement.
This agreement is effective the day it is paid and extends for twelve (12) months.
Maintenance service will be performed during normal working hours.
Any defective parts or needed repairs discovered during the maintenance inspection will be on a time and material basis less discount.
This agreement may be terminated upon non-payment for any amounts due on account.

Contract Restrictions

The cost of labor and/or materials for repairs and replacements resulting from mold/mildew, floods, water damage, lightening, earthquakes, storms, fire, electrical failure, strikes, riots, governmental regulations, wars ACTS of God, or from boiler failure, defects in piping or radiation are not covered by this agreement.The company shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by failure or delay in performing the services outlined when such delay is caused by conditions or circumstances beyond its control; nor shall the company be liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from the performance of the outlined services. The company or customer may terminate this agreement on the expiration date as herein set forth or any succeeding anniversary date or by giving (30) day written notice to the other party of such cancellation and termination and on giving of such notice then this agreement shall there upon be ended.
