I wanted to take some time today to thank you and your staff for the outstanding work you did at our residence - 83 Nightingale..Archdale Sub. The installation of the Carrier units was very clean and exactly how I was hoping to have it. The staff that installed the units were very pleasant to chat with, took their time to explain things to me, were very professional, and completed the very clean installation in a timely manner. Thank- you for providing all the information that I needed to make an informed decision.

We have really enjoyed having the more efficient units operating in our home. The Carrier units have functioned flawlessly. We have not switched over to heat mode yet but I suspect it won't be too far down the road before we try it out. The Carrier units seem to be very well designed products. I am amazed at how quite the HP operates. Our older package unit has also been trouble free for about 6-7 years. I will likely consider Carrier products in the future as well as recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Thank-you also for the nice plant arrangement that your office sent us. My wife was amazed and thrilled to have received the gift. It is not everyday that you work with a company that is very customer focused. I will surely recommend Morelli H&A to friends and neighbors.
